Phil 1:20-21 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.
21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
KJV
Who will be seen in you today? People recognize us by our looks and also by our actions. Some time ago I was walking down a hallway in a local hospital and down the hall I saw a man step out of a doorway with his back to me and right away I knew who it was. What is interesting about this was that I had not seen that man in over thirty years, I recognized him from high school without ever seeing his face or hearing him talk. Now this man had put on over fifty pounds, had lost much of his hair and what was left was gray and from a considerable distance I recognized him. How? By the way he moved. We played on sports teams together, hung out together, I knew him and I still knew him by the way he moved. The point of all this today is that I hope people see me as a Christian, recognize me as a Christian because they see Christ in all that I do. As I go throughout my day, whatever it is that I do, can people see Jesus Christ in me, is it true of me that Christ is magnified in my body, is it true that for me to live is Christ?
