What was it that changed a man like Saul who hated Christians so much that he was having them jailed to be tried and killed to a man who loved Christians so much he even would trade his new found salvation to see people get saved? What bound Paul so much that he was willing to do that of possible? One word, love. It was the love of Christ that changed Paul, it was the love of Christ that bound Paul. That is why when we hear one claim salvation but present no evidence of change in his or her life it must be questioned. Not that any of us are a judge of a heart but every true believer in Christ knows what the love of Christ has done, is doing, and will do in their life. Paul was bound, constrained, by the love of the Lord of Jesus Christ and that love changed him. Are you likewise bound and changed by the love of Jesus?
