Acts 2:42-43 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

Within the local church made up of believers in Chris there are signs and wonders and that holds true today. No, I am not saying the miracles preformed by the apostles are found in the local church today in the same way as at that time. But there are signs and wonders in the church today, miracles just as great or greater today. What of changed lives? What of lives changed by the power of God. Alcoholics no longer drink alcohol. Those who mocked the name of Jesus now witness to the lost and proclaim the name of Jesus Christ. Those who once ignored the Word of God now live by it. Those things we see in our little church today and those are truly signs and wonders.
