1 John 4:14-15 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

I have a very simple idea about the Bible, I believe what it says. Because of that I have a very difficult time understanding why some people cling to Calvinism when the Bible is very clear that Jesus came to save all in the world, that whosoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God can be saved. Isn’t that what the Bible says? The reformers did a great work in leading the world out of darkness, but they were not perfect and all of them had shot comings including Calvin. John saw it, testified of it, and proclaims through the inspired words given to him by the Holy Spirit that all can be saved.
