Final thought about hunting. When one gets that trophy buck or turkey they often get it mounted and put on the wall so they can show it off. After all they put in the time, they made the shot, they did it. Not so when hunting souls for the Lord. No man can save anyone, only Jesus saves. We have the privilege of speaking for Him, of sharing the gospel, and no matter how much time or effort we put in, only Jesus saves. I have heard some brag about how many souls they have won, how many they brought to the Lord, what they did. Only Jesus saves and if He chooses to allow you to be witness to one coming to salvation, if He allows you to play some small part, only Jesus saves. Hang no trophies of souls on your wall, only Jesus saves.
