Mark 9:17-19
17 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;
18 And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.
19 He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.
KJV
A great deal takes place in Mark chapter nine. Jesus on the mount of transfiguration, the scribes questioning Him, the people running to Him, a lot is going on here. But notice that Jesus is never too busy for one in need. This father brings his son, Jesus is his last hope, his only hope, and what does Jesus say, what does Jesus do? “Bring him to unto me.” What hope this gives to us today, to anyone in need, “Bring him unto me.” Jesus is never too busy to meet your need, never too busy to take care of you, never too busy. Keep that in mind today as different things come up, bring them to Jesus.
