June 8th, 2018 by Pastor SolleyPs 126 When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
3 The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
4 Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

Ever stop and give God thanks for the great things He has done for you? (Verse 3) I will think from time to time of the ten lepers healed by Jesus and only one turned to give Jesus thanks and the question came from our Lord “Where are the nine?” I don’t want to be part of the nine, I want to be the one who remembers to give Him thanks, to give Him praise and glory. Too many times we take things to the Lord in prayer, our prayers are answered, and we go on our way with not a word of thanks. That my friend should never be. Recently I had some specific prayers answered and while I will not share what they were I do want to praise and thank my God for His special care and answer to prayer. When God lifts a burden off our shoulders we at least owe Him a word of thanks.
