5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
6 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.
7 And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
8 Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
KJV
Wrong way, do not enter, don’t walk, those are signs we are used to seeing almost everyday on the highway or sidewalk. Are you walking the right way today? Israel certainly wondered down many wrong paths on the way to the Promised Land and it cost them much distress as we see in verse six above. But when they walked the right way, when they determined to walk with the Lord then they were taken to cities of habitation, they were taken to places to dwell in. When we determine to walk with the Lord then and only then will we praise Him for His goodness and His wonderful works.
