Rom 3:18-23
18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.
19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Sorry there was no devotional yesterday, internet service was down and then our power went out for most of the day. Back to the answer for the ills and problems of man, Jesus Christ. Clearly our Holy and Righteous God sees the problem man faces, sin. (Verse 23) Where can man find the answer to his sin problem, the answer to all of his problems? Man has searched everywhere he can think of. Good works, good intentions, depriving self of the good things of life, indulging in the good things of life, religion, man has tried everything that his mind has been able to come up with. Yet nothing satisfies. Just look at our nation, the richest in the world, more opportunity than any other nation in the world, and we are a sinking ship. The problem is sin and self can never solve the sin problem. A sinless sacrifice had to be sent for man to get out of sin, but who? It couldn’t be anything or anyone less than God Himself, the one who is perfect and pure would be the only one able to take care of that problem. So Jesus would come, Jesus would live, Jesus would die, and Jesus would live again, all to take care of the sin problem. Problem solved. Not just yet. Man still needs to look at that one who can take care of his sin, look and live the song says. But not before he believes, repents, and is saved. Yes Jesus is the answer, but one must come to him. How to dot hat is also very clear in the Bible.
