Ps 33:1-4 Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
2 Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
3 Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.
4 For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.
KJV
I was just outside looking at the sky, the moon and the stars, as I often do in the early morning hour. It always reminds me of the great power of God, the power to make all of this world and then to hold it all together. There is much to praise the Lord for and one needs to take time to just stop, look around, and praise Him for all He has done and all He is doing. I also thank Him for His Word and especially for His works. (Verse 4) This is as this is as true as the full moon in the sky this morning, that all His works are done in truth. God never makes a mistake and God always does all things well. There are some things I am waiting on the Lord for right now, things I am praying about, and as I pray and wait this truth is ever before me, “His works are done in truth”. Are there some things you are waiting for as well? Rest assured my friend that He will do the same for you as He did for the Psalmist, He will do all things well.
