1 Kings 19:9-10 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?
10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

Another time Satan will attack is when we feel all alone. It can be said that a Christian should never feel alone and that is a statement I would agree with. It is also a statement that does not apply to most Christians. I know as a believer in Christ I have the Spirit of God within, I know God has promised never to leave or forsake me, I have a wife who loves me, two children, two grandchildren, a son in-law, many Christians friends within and outside our church who pray for me daily, I know all of those things. Yet there are times when I feel all alone. That is for sure when an attack will come from Satan. God would reveal that there were 7,000 willing to stand with the prophet, God was with Elijah, yet he felt all alone. At times like this in our lives we need to run to the Lord in prayer, get in His Word and feel His presence within for we do not face the enemy alone. Yet we need to know that when we do feel all alone Satan will attack.
