Acts 14:1-3 And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.
2 But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles, and made their minds evil affected against the brethren.
3 Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

It seems most people want a show today. I listened yesterday to a gentleman tell me of a church in Altoona where his company installed a new video and audio system. They spent $15 thousand on the projection system alone, painted the front of the church black to better illuminate the light show, painted the back a lighter color and installed another projector so the people could look front or back and see two different shows at once. The side screens were installed as well so the pastor’s message could be streaming and people could down load it to view at a later time. That is what the younger people want was what was told to me, shows, signs and wonders. But those things are given in a real Biblical way if we will but look for them. (Verse 3) Well, what signs should we be looking of r today? How about souls being saved, people repenting of sin and turning to Jesus Christ at the preaching of the gospel, that is a sign from God. How about families being strengthened, children being raised in the nature and admonition of the Lord, that is a sign. How about people growing in the Lord, gaining knowledge and spiritual strength, that is a sign. How about lives being devoted to the service of the Lord, that is a sign. Signs and wonders are all about us, we just need to look for them coming from the Lord.
