I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

One time while travelling before cell phones my wife tried to make a long distance call from a motel room and ended up calling 911 by mistake as she dialed nine to get an outside line, then one for long distance and hit the one again. I was thinking of how many reasons people call 911 for today, simple things that they should not bother with. Did you know we have a 911 number in the Bible? It is in Psalm 91 verses 1 and 11. We as Christians dwell under the very shadow of God and there is nothing in our lives that God is not concerned with, nothing God is not interested in, and nothing God will not aid us in. In fact there are angels assigned to us to keep us, to help us along the way. (Verse 11) There is nothing God does not want to hear about, the smallest thing, the simplest thing can be taken to God in our 911 call. Think about that today as the troubles of the day begin to pile up upon us, just call 911.
