Eccl 12:1-2 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;
2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:
Eccl 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Why remember the Lord, they creator, in the days of thy youth? Why is it so important to bring the young ones to the Lord, why is it so important to begin to serve the Lord and walk with the Lord when we are young? Notice the conclusion of the “Whole matter” found in Eccl 12:13. Fear God and keep His commandments. This is what we will all come to in the end, what each and ever individual ever born into this world will come to in the end. No, I am not saying all will fear God and obey Him for the vast majority of humanity will spend all of eternity in the Lake of Fire. But what I am saying is this, that every knee will one day bow before Him, every mouth will confess Him, even the lost as they are cast into hell fire, every individual will come to the conclusion of the whole matter. That being true, would it not be better to begin to serve Him at a young age, begin to live for Him at a young age. If that is the ending point, why not get there sooner than later? Don’t waste a life living for the wrong things, serving the wrong one, serve Him all of your days. And for all of us, better to start late than never, serve Him today.
