Rom 1:15-16 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Not ashamed of the gospel of Christ because it gives one something to say, something worthwhile to share with others. A preacher of the gospel, a Christian who shares the gospel with the lost, does not have to say something, they have something to say. Some people talk just to hear their own voce it seems, going on and on without ever really saying anything. But not the one who shares the gospel of Jesus Christ, that one has something important to say. They have the way to eternal life, they have the key to victory over sin and the grave, they have what every lost sole needs and what every Christian loves to hear. The gospel leaves nothing to be ashamed of when it is shared with others.
