Daily Devotions

Gen 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

We arrived back in PA from NC late last night only to find the global warming that I hear so much about failing us. It was between 55 – 60 on Tuesday and as we traveled yesterday the temperature kept going down until we found it 4 when we arrived at our house. It was a good visit with our family down there and our grandson who had a birthday on Tuesday, a warming visit in more ways than one. We were able to surprise a couple that I married 25 years ago at their home church in SC on Sunday. He is the assistant pastor now and they are all active in the church and it was a great blessing. Now back to the Lord’s work here in PA and we are saddened to be separated from family but happy to be home. Will start posting again tomorrow with devotionals, but for today just happy to be home safe.
