1 Thess 5:24-25 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. 25 Brethren, pray for us.

The very next thing the Bible tells us after God if faithful is to pray. (Verse 25) The reason being I believe is because so few Christians really believe that God is faithful. If we believed God is faithful we would always be on our knees before God, always be in His Word, always be in His house when the doors are open, it we really believed God is faithful we would give our lives, completely and entirely, to Him. But how few will do this, how few are willing to turn their lives over to the Lord? The reason being that we do not really believe God. If I believed God, if you believed God we would not worry over health, over finances, over what tomorrow holds, we would simply live for Him today. Have you ever studied the life of the Apostles? Notice how they have more troubles than any person would want, no money, no homes of their own, separated from family, persecuted, tried, more troubles than any person would want. Yet what they did have is what is lacking in the lives of most Christians today, they had peace and joy within. The reason being that they believed that God is faithful. Do you?
