John 12:24-32 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. 25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. 26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. 27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. 28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. 29 The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him. 30 Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes. 31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. 32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Yesterday I shared how I was going to speak to a man who was being pulled into the Jehovah Witness cult. Today I want to praise God for His drawing power! The Bible clearly states that Jesus Christ died for all and all can be saved. John 3:16; Rom 10:13;
Titus 2:11 and many others verses clearly state that truth. In our Scripture reading this morning we find that Christ will draw all men unto Himself. In other words all men, all people will have the opportunity to be saved. Not all will be saved of course, man has a decision to make and not all will decide to be saved, not all will repent, but all will be drawn. By the time I arrived at the home of that man yesterday he had already repented of sin, called upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and received Him as his personal savior from sin and hell. As I asked him about Christ he told me how he had bowed himself on his knees before God and prayed confessing his sin, thanked God for sending Jesus Christ to suffer for him, and asked God to forgive him of his sin through Jesus Christ. He was saved by the drawing power of God! God had used the Jehovah Witness to cause him to begin to seek Jesus Christ. He had an old King James Bible that he began to read questioning what he was being told by the Jehovah Witness. He told me “I don’t know what is wrong with what they are telling me, but I do know something is wrong”. We spent over two hours looking at the Scriptures. I was able by the leading of the Spirit of God to take a New World Translation they had given him and show him the false doctrine of that cult by comparing it to the King James. Praise God for the drawing power of Jesus Christ and the truth that can be found in our King James Bible. Isn’t it wonderful that all men are drawn!
