1 Corinthians 3:11-15
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. 14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Let us build another room upon our foundation this morning. We have added a room for prayer and a room for the Word of God. Let us build a room of praise and worship this morning. Another thing that strikes me today is how little Christians want to talk about the Lord, how few times you hear someone praising the name of Jesus. It seems many if not most think they have nothing to be thankful for, nothing to praise Him for. It is little wonder then that few want to worship the Lord, really worship the Lord. Look at the faces of Christians today, eve as they are in church. They are as despondent as the world, as discouraged as the world, hopeless it seems. They have forgotten or cannot see what God has done for them and that clouds what God is doing and is going to do. Build a room of praise where you can stop each day and thank God for what He has done and what He is doing. This will lead you to the worship God for what He is going to do.
