Ps 118:21-24 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.
22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
23 This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

There are of course some days we find it much, much harder to rejoice in than others. Yet I have been told that part of the meaning of the word rejoice is to rehearse your joy, to think of how good our God had been, to rehearse the blessings of the Lord in our lives and to know that more blessings are in store, to give thanks unto our God for His mercy, love and grace that are without end. This may be one of those days for you, a day that seems a little harder to rejoice in so remember just how good our God is all of the time and rehearse your blessings today.
