18 When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.
19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.

There are times in our lives, or there will be, when it seems there is no use in crying out, no use to ask for help because the trial or trouble is too great. The Bible has the answer for those times as well “Unless the Lord had been my help”. No need to be silent when the one who spake this world into existence is standing ready to be our help. (Heb 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.) No need to be silent when the Holy Spirit is also praying for us. (Rom 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.) No need to be silent when others are praying as well. (Acts 12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.) No need to silent when we can pray.
(Jer 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.)
