Deut 26:11 And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the Lord thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.
Heb 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

The phrase good thing is found seventeen times in the Bible, the first and last are found in the verses above and they tell us that good things will be found in the Lord. Rejoice in the good things that the Lord has blessed us with and be established in the sound doctrines and grace of God. We also find some other good things listed as the phrase is used in the Bible.
1. Ps 34:10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.
2. Ps 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
3. Jer 33:14 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.
4. Prov 18:22 Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord.
That last one I have found proven to be true for the last forty six years praise the Lord.
