Gal 1:14-16 And profited in the Jews’ religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

I was recently informed of what is wrong with organized religion and I have been thanking God that when I found Jesus I did not find organized religion, I found a Savior and eternal life. I thank God for the grace and truth that is found in Jesus. (John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.) I thank God that we can be saved by grace through faith. (Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:) I thank Gof for a church to worship in that Jesus established and is building, a place where truth can be heard because it comes from His Word. (1 Tim 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.) I thank God for salvation in Christ and the abundant life He has given and is giving to me. (John 10:10-11 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.)
