John 6:37-38 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.

I was listening recently to something about rejection and the effects that rejection can have on an individual for years to come. That took me to the times that Jesus was rejected in this world. The people Jesus did the most for rejected Him and hung Him on a cross. How that must have hurt our dear Lord. Then today the many times Jesus is rejected and the many time we rejected Him in our lives and how that must and must have hurt our Lord. But when we turned to Him, when we called upon Him, Jesus was there with open arms to receive us. Then each time we call upon Him He hears and is there for us to help us, protect us, provide for us, direct our lives. What a blessing to know one who will never reject any who turn to Him.
