Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

During our Sunday evening service I asked for people to share one of their favorite Bible passages or verses and the above verse was quoted. What a blessed and tremendous truth is set forth in that verse. The God of all creation, the judge of all of mankind has set forth a judgment that declares that there is and will be NO condemnation to those which are in Christ Jesus. To know Jesus Christ as personal savior is to be set free from all condemnation. This is only possible through and in Jesus Christ. We all have an appointment with the eternal, existing, and all-powerful judge of all. (Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:) The appointment has been made but none of us know when it will be. Certainly many of us are much closer to this appointment than we once were as age and health take their toll on us. But young and old, healthy and not, men and women, must be ready to stand before God. Are you ready today for your appointment? If not look to Jesus today, call out to Jesus today in repentance turning from sin and to the eternal life that is found in Christ.
