Ps 145:7-11 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
8 The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
9 The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
10 All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee.
KJV
The great truths of Scripture are often given to us in very simple terms as we see in the above verses and especially in verse nine where the Bible tells us “The Lord is good to all”. Did you know God has been good to you? God was good to you yesterday, is going to be good to you today, and will be good to you tomorrow. How do I know that? The Bible tells me so. Yesterday my wife and I were able to spend some time with some good friends and share blessings and prayer request. God was good. Today I will be able to spend time in His house and in fellowship with those of like precious faith. God is good. I do not yet know what tomorrow will hold but I do know who will be good to me. God is always good. High on the mountain or low in the valley, standing in calm waters or in the troubled sea, in sickness or in health my God is always good to me and when Satan blinds my eyes to that truth I need to rehears verse seven above and remember the goodness and greatness of my God. God is always good.
