Rom 4:1-3 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

Have you believed God? Not asking if you believe in God for even the devils believe in God and tremble, even Satan believes in God. (James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.) But have you believed God? Have you believed God when He said you are a sinner? Have you believed God when He said that you need to repent? Have you believed God when He said you need to confess to Him and Him alone? Have you believed God when He said His Son Jesus Christ paid for your sins on the cross? Have you believed God when He said that you can be counted as righteous if you place your faith and trust in His Son and in Him alone for salvation and eternal life? All who read this today believe in God for only a fool does not believe in God. (Ps 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.) But not all who read this today have believed God. Have you believed God? Today you or I may stand before the God of heaven and be asked why He should let us into heaven and what is your answer going to be? The only one God will acknowledge is that we have believed Him and received His Son, trusted in His Son to save us from sin and hell. Have you believed God. No more important question will you ever be asked and answer in your life. Have you believed God and trusted Christ?
