“Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.”
How can something so painful to us be precious to the Lord? Only when one dies in the Lord, only when one is born again. As we saw yesterday the first thing one must do is acknowledge that he or she is a sinner. Then we need to see the Savior. ? Romans 5:8
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Jesus Christ is the Savior. Not a savior, the only Savior. Jesus is the one sent from heaven, the eternal Son of God. Jesus paid the price of sin for you and me. Do you know about Jesus and his love for you? Have you ever thought about what Jesus did for you? Have you ever looked at your self as God sees you, a sinner in need of salvation. You need a Savior, you need Jesus today.
