Jer 33:1-3 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison, saying,
2 Thus saith the Lord the maker thereof, the Lord that formed it, to establish it; the Lord is his name;
3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
KJV
In just a few hours we will begin our last day of Vacation Bible School for this year and it has been a good, good week. We had many young people with us for the first time as well as some first time teachers and helpers. Our youngest students were two years of age, our oldest seventeen years of age. Wood crafts were finished yesterday and we had planned for a picnic today but it looks like rain with be with us so we will be inside. Our closing program will be on Sunday evening and we certainly invite all to come back for one last gathering and the sharing of the gospel message. More than anything else I want thank and praise God for answered prayer this week. We asked for new young people and that prayer was answered. We asked for protection and that prayer was answered. Many prayed for teachers and helpers to have a good week and those prayers were answered. We asked for a good spirit and that prayer was answered. This list could go on and on as many other prayers were answered as well. What a wonderful God we have and serve, what a wonderful Savior is Jesus my Jesus.
