Ps 37:3-5 Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
4 Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

If I commit my way unto the Lord this day what will come to pass in my life? That is the great mystery of faith. I do not know what tomorrow will bring. I can make plans, I can have dreams, I can try and look ahead, but I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. But there is one that does. What if what I want is not what God wants? What if the way I want to take is not the way God wants me to take? Some things to note about committing our way, our lives to the Lord in our text this morning. If we commit our way to Him we will be provided for. (Verse 3) If we commit our way to Him we will have happiness. (Verse 4) If we commit our way to Him we will even be given the desires of our heart. (Verse 4) Given those desires because they will align with His. If we commit our way to Him we will be found walking in His perfect and good will, (Verse 5) He will bring that to pass. In our day of me first and what about me it is still better to commit our way to the Lord and just trust in Him. (Verse 3) Trust and commit today.
