Where are you looking today and what are you looking forward to? Moses was taken to the top of that mountain so he could see the Promised Land. Because of disobedience that man would not enter in. While that is sad it did not make Moses bitter. He didn’t pout, he didn’t refuse to look in, he had his eyes once again on the Lord. So many today are bitter over the circumstances of life, so bitter they take their eyes off the Lord and setting them someplace else. When we do that we begin to miss the blessings of life, the things we have before us. Moses did see the Promised Land and one day he will walk in it. Settle your eyes on the Lord dear one even in the most dire of circumstances in this life and you will be rewarded as well as you look upon the promises of God. Look to that Promised Land that is coming soon.
