24 Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
25 Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.
26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.

There are times when we go through things that are continually with us. Chronic pain, serious illness, heartache from loss, things we cannot seem to escape even for a moment. At times like those we need to reach out to the one who is continually with us and follow Him. Our Lord has promised to never leave nor forsake us, He has given us the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, to dwell within us, we have His Word and prayer to sooth and strengthen us. When it seems our heart is going to fail we need look to Him, reach out to Him more than we have before. If you take time to read the entire seventy third Psalm you find the Psalmist in the same condition we often find ourselves in today. (Ps 73:2 But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.) His way above the trials he was in at the time needs to be ours as well. (Ps 73:28 But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all thy works.)
