To all the mothers happy Mothers Day on Sunday and to all who still have their mother, give her a hug and kiss on Sunday if that is possible. How we should give thanks for a mother who fears the Lord and praise her for all she has done in our lives. Of all the things I could give mom thanks for I am most thankful that she was a born again believer and that she loved and served Jesus. Her example still has great influence upon me today and she was delivered to heaven more than twenty years ago. How many were the times spent with her in my youth talking about Jesus, reading the Bible? They could not be counted. How many times did I find her in prayer with her Bible on her lap? They could not be counted. How many were the times she praised the Lord when she was being overtaken by illness? They could not be counted. And I remember that it was mom kneeling at my side as I asked Jesus to forgive me of my sin and be my personal savior. If you have such a mother give her the praise and thanks she deserves and wish her a happy Mothers Day.
