And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

The key to unlocking the door to all that we need in this world today as well as for eternity can be found in seven words spoken by Mary in verse five above, “Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.” Some of the greatest messages found in the Bible are given in very simple and easy to follow commands. “Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.” What if we just did what Jesus says to do? Those servants had no reason to follow that command. They were not to serve water to the guests at that wedding. But fill the water pots they did. They knew all that was in those pots was water. But draw it out they did. They followed that simple command when Jesus had yet to preform any type of miracle. They did “Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.” What if we did that in our lives everyday? Would we find that Jesus can take something ordinary and make it into something special? Would we find Jesus can change the circumstances of life? Would we find Jesus always faithful to us? What if we just did what was commanded? “Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.”
