KJV
My mind was moved to this verse on this Christmas Eve. There are so many that I know who are dealing with things this Christmas season that are causing much sorrow. People in hospitals, people dealing with the loss of loved ones recently, people who have cancer, people on hospice, people worried over the possible loss of jobs, people not able to make ends meet with rising inflation, so many things people are dealing with right now. And I can remember some Christmas seasons when I have had a very heavy heart dealing with the loss of loved ones around the Holiday and other things as well. But because of Jesus coming into this world, because we can know Him as our personal savior, because of what we have in Christ and what He does for us, our sorrow shall be turned into joy. Take joy today in that Jesus laves you, that He gave His life for you, that He is making a home in heaven for you. Take joy that there is a much better place to spend time than this world. Take joy in what we have in Christ this Christmas. Of course this all depends on if one is born again, if they have trusted Jesus Christ as their savior. If you have done that then you know for sure that all sorrow will be turned into joy. Merry Christmas.
