23 Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it:
24 But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.

How the Lord must be looking for a man with another spirit today. Caleb was such a man, a man the Lord was looking for, a man who would not be turned by the opinion of the day, a man who would be faithful, a man who would stand up for the Lord. Caleb was a man who followed the Lord fully. How the Lord must be searching for such a man today. But will one be found? I have been blessed with such men in my life, men who stood for the Lord, men who stood out and they have influenced me from the time I was a young boy and they continue to influence me today even though most of them are not in this world any longer. Though others will not listen to the Lord, will not be faithful to His Word, will not go against the changing times, will not obey, the Lord is still looking for such a man as Caleb today. In verse twenty two above we see what direction the leaders of Israel were going, away from the Lord. But Caleb would not follow, would not stray, would not allow his faith to diminish and he was rewarded for the stand he took. Where are the men who will take a stand today? Can you be such a man?
