Daily Devotions

Matt 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

We welcomed forty six campers to the Cherry Corner Bible Camp yesterday morning and got off to a very good start. The campers seem to have a good spirit and it seems that they will all get along. Our first chapel service was last night at 7:00PM and there will be three now each day through Friday. Including campers we have over sixty staying in cabins and in campers on the property. (I live close enough to go home each evening so I have access to my PC in the morning before departing to camp.) We now have many second generation campers and may soon have third generation as we began this ministry in 1996. It was a stirring and pointed message that was heard last evening on obedience and shunning evil and we look forward to what the Spirit of God has laid upon the heart of the evangelist for today. Please continue to pray and I will give an update on today tomorrow morning Lord willing.
