2 Tim 2:1-3 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

The Bible tells us several places to be strong. The first place the phrase be strong is found is in reference to the enemies of God, that they are strong. However most places the phrase be strong is found, like the last place above, tell us to be strong in the Lord or in our text verse in the grace that is in Jesus Christ. Never has this preacher witnessed so great an attack of Satan on all that is of God and on God’s people than over the past year and a half. Yet we are commanded to remain strong in the Lord. For sure we are going to endure much hardness in these last days but there is someone who has not and will never change, someone who can give us strength to stand by His grace. What are you facing today? Some face sickness, some operations, and some death, but Jesus never changes. He is still there and He can still by His grace and mercy give you and I the strength to stand. We can still today be strong in the Lord. Are you seeking strength to stand today? Seek it from the Lord.
