Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth.

Did you watch the BIG game last night? Do you think Tom Brady is the best ever? Can you tell me what those things will determine in eternity? Nothing is the correct answer to that last question but millions of people cling to the Super Bowel as if it is all that matters in life. What of your beginning and your end, what of your place in eternity? That is a much more important question and few people pay any attention to it at all. The words game, games, fun are not found in the Bible. God does not play games and while I do not think games are sin, sports are sin, we had better pay attention to the things God says are important and the most important thing is your soul. Have you considered your beginning? All things begin with God and because God is the creator of all things God has authority over all things and all things will end with God. Consider your beginning and then consider your end. What will make you acceptable to God at the end of your life? Certainly not who won the BIG game last night. This week Lord willing we will look at how one becomes acceptable to God.
