November 9th, 2020 by Pastor SolleyDeut 33:27 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
KJV
A dear saint of God asked me many years ago to use the above verse as a text for their funeral which I did of course. What a tremendous truth, the eternal God is our refuge. I continue to see the disappointment and discouragement in believers in Christ over this election and I once again want to remind many that is it our God who holds us up and not our government. I voted for President Trump, I prayed he would have another four years, I think noting good can come from the liberal party who wants to change America. But I also know that all good things come from my God and He is still holding me. God will continue to protect and provide, continue to thrust our the enemy before us, nothing has changed in our relationship with God and noting will change. With that in mind let us look at this time as a new opportunity to stand for and serve our great God. After all, He is still holding us in His capable arms.
