Phil 1:1-6 Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:
2 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
4 Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,
5 For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;
6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Following this all week you know we have been looking at Christ working for and in us. What other things has Christ done in us? Read this entire epistle and you will find many but for our study this week we turn to chapter four. (Phil 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.) There is little that will bring one peace in this world today. I awoke early this morning with the election on my mind for some reason. So I prayed for God to keep one in office that supports life and America. But I also asked for a calmness about it all. After all, the one who began a good work in us will see us through. This peace that passeth understanding is a wonderful thing, is a calming thing, and is something Christ will do in us if we allow Him to do so. Trust in the Lord, find true peace.
