14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

I listened to an evangelist last evening and he stated that in Matthew chapter seven Jesus used just two words to describe every individual who has ever drawn breath or will ever draw breath in this world. I never thought about it that way before but those two words are found in these two verses. They are the words many and few and Jesus is addressing eternal life through His shed blood. Jesus stated that there are “Many” traveling the road to hell and that there are “Few” who find the way to heaven and eternal life. Many and few, there you have it, two words that include all of humanity. Which are you this morning? Are you one of the many or one of the few?
