6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

One of the most precious promises given to the believer in Christ to me is given above, the promise of His continued presence. That means in all that we do, everywhere we go, the presence of the Lord is always with us. What a comfort to this born again believer in Christ, I never go anywhere alone. It is also a sobering thought. What of the places I go that God would not approve of? He goes with me there, I drag His presence with me there. What happens when I sit down in front of the TV or PC and view something He does not approve of? Does His presence depart or do I cause Him to view it with me? What of time I waste when I should be active for Him? Does His presence depart from me at those times? No, His presence is always with me. Now that is a blessed truth and I take it as such. But I also want it to be a blessing to God.
