Eph 1:18-19 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

The Bible speaks of the exceeding greatness of is power. Indeed we can see all around us the exceeding greatness of the power of God. We see it in creation, we see it in the winds and the seas, the driving rain, the falling snow, we bear witness daily to the power of God, the greatness of His power. But note in our text that the exceeding greatness of His power is directed to us. What a tremendous truth that is and then to experience that power. God’s power extended to us and we experience that as we bow before Him in prayer seeking His will and then seeing prayers answered. We had an answer to prayer just yesterday in our home, something we had been praying for, something we needed to see God bring to pass, and that prayer was answered in the way that we had prayed. Because of others involved I will not share the specifics but God had to move in the hearts of more than a few others and God did. The exceeding greatness of His power to usward as the Bible says. Is that something that you have experienced often? That answer should be yes and while not every prayer will be answered as we want we can rest in the truth that His power is being extended to us.
