Isa 53:6-7 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
KJV
With all that Jesus has done and is willing to do for us the Bible has some very inditing words in verse six. All have turned away from Him, away from His mercy, away from His grace and away from His love, all have turned away. You might say that the above is speaking of Israel and it was, but it also speaks of our day and of you and me as well. I wonder the percentage of people who believed upon the Lord Jesus Christ in that day and the percentage of people who believe upon Him today? It can’t be any different except to be a lower percentage in our day. Are you still numbered in verse six reader, have you turned away and never turned to Him? The all of verse six means all, all always means all. Have you ever turned back to Him?
