March 26th, 2020 by Pastor SolleyJohn 18:8-9 Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these go their way:
9 That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none.
KJV
My mind right now is drawn to passages like the ones in Joshua chapter one and this one as well. Jesus will never count His own as lost as we see in verse nine. More new cases of this virus everyday, more bad news everyday, when can we be given a ray of hope from our public officials? That ray of hope must come from the Lord Jesus Christ. Those in the above passage were seeking Jesus to do him harm but we need to seek Him for our own well being. Seek Him in the dark hours of the night, in the early morning hours, in the day when the sun is shining or when the rain is falling, but above all seek Him. If He has met your need of salvation because you repented and turned to Him alone He will meet your need now as well. Seek him.
