13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
KJV
There has never been a greater need for the gift of faith in my lifetime than there is today. Uncertainty has clouded the minds of many while panic grips our nation. A government take over like I never imagined is now ongoing with private businesses as well as schools both public and private closed by the government. No, I am not talking this virus lightly but neither am I taking lightly the government taking control of everything and every one. I was not alive during WWII and the doubts and fears of that time, but I have never witnessed anything like this. What do we as believers in Christ need today? Faith. Faith by the way is not believing in God as so many think. Satan believes in God and we would not call that devil one of faith. Faith is not believing in God, faith is believing what God says and acting on that. Faith is the substance, the actions of things hoped for. Those of faith today need to be turning to Jesus in prayer, spending much time in prayer and fasting, asking for protection, for healing, and for a light to shine through the darkness gripping our nation.
