Hos 14:4-7 I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
5 I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
7 They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.

What does it take to win back the love of our Lord Jesus Christ? The Bible says that he will love freely. That love is there for all who want it and all it takes is repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ, that is when that love becomes real in our lives. But what if we fail the Lord, what of when we sin after salvation, what does it take to win back the love of Christ? That love is still there even when we sin but to make it real in our lives again we simply do as we first did, repent from sin and turn to him. We do not need to be saved again, salvation is once for all, but we need to be cleansed. (1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.) His love is still free and He can restore freely as well.
