Rom 3:26-28 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
KJV
Jesus Christ is the justifier. How can one be made just as if they never sinned, how can one be justified? Certainly not by our good works for there is nothing we can boast in. Not by good intentions for they for the most part are misplaced. Certainly not by another for they are in the same condition that we are. Who can be our justifier? Jesus can for He paid the price on the cross, the one who knew no sin became sin for us, He is our justifier. How can we make this real in our lives? He is the justifier of those that believe and that means more than just acknowledge that Jesus is the Son of God. It means repentance from sin and turning to Jesus Christ and Jesus alone for forgiveness and salvation, it means calling out in faith for His salvation. Have you done that today? Not have you gone to church, not do you believe in God, not are you a good person, but have you repented from sin and called out to Jesus for salvation? Until you do that He is NOT your justifier.
