Ps 103:1-5 Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
KJV
One thing most people have in common is the ability to forget just how good the Lord is and has been to them. We tend in difficult times to forget the benefits of the Lord and focus on the trials of life. Stop for a moment and consider just from these verses how good the Lord is. We have a believers in Christ sins forgiven. We have been healed and just how many times we do not know. From the little things and some of us from greater diseases as well. Our lives have been redeemed but also protected as we live in this world. Remember out enemy would destroy all of us. We have experienced for the first time because we are saved real love, unconditional love. How merciful God is to all of us. And then we are given good things. Never forget the benefits of the Lord.
